Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness
The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness aims to educate Americans, particularly the youth, about the dangers of eating disorders and to stress the importance of self-esteem and having a positive body image. It also disseminates educational information to parents and caregivers about the warning signs, dangers, and consequences of anorexia, bulimia, and other related disorders.

Anorexia Nervosa and Related Eating Disorders, Inc. (ANRED)
ANRED provides information to lay people and consumers about anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and other less-well-known food and weight disorders. Website material includes self-help tips and information about recovery and prevention. ANRED is affiliated with the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA).

Eating Disorders Association
Eating Disorders Association is a charity based in the United Kingdom that is dedicated to eating disorders. It was formed in 1989 from the combination of two charities (Anorexic Aid and Anorexic Family Aid). The Society for the Advancement of Research into Anorexia (SARA) brought a research element to the organization when it merged with Eating Disorders Association in 1992.

National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD)
ANAD is a non-profit organization dedicated to eating disorders that offers hotline counseling, a national network of support groups, referrals to health care professionals, and education and prevention programs, providing all services free of charge.
