Our Mission
Centre Syracuse’s Mission is to provide a full range of specialized, effective treatments for adolescents and adults with a primary diagnosis of an eating disorder. This mission is fulfilled using the latest evidence-based treatments with levels of care designed to meet the needs of most patients with eating disorders. A premium is placed on delivering quality treatment that is also economical in order to not exclude all but the most wealthy or heavily insured prospective participants. Treatments are individualized and delivered by a skilled professional staff following the core institutional philosophy of respecting the inherent worth and dignity of each program participant.

Facility
Centre Syracuse is a spacious, comfortable, and modern treatment facility located in a private setting in Syracuse, New York. (photo tour) The facility was designed to provide an attractive alternative to hospital or hospital-based programs. The Centre Syracuse program facility was newly constructed in July, 2005, and is located on James Street in the Eastwood section of the City of Syracuse. Centre Syracuse is a five minute drive to downtown Syracuse and there is easy access to shopping and entertainment.

Centre Syracuse is centrally located in Upstate New York about 2.5 hours from Albany; 1.5 hours from Rochester; 3.5 hours from Buffalo; 1 hour from Binghamton and 4.5 hours from New York City. Find us
